Pastor Dayetoven "Dayv" Raleigh joined the staff of Faith Community Church as the Stateline campus pastor in  August 2022. He graduated from Waldorf University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. This spring he will graduate with a Master's degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Christine and has six children.

Pastor Dayv serves as the Lead Pastor of the Stateline Campus, overseeing staff leadership, spiritual guidance, and church operations. He leads the church in preaching, teaching, and vision casting, working alongside the church's leadership team to nurture a healthy, gospel-centered culture. Pastor Dayv is passionate about raising up future leaders, guiding the church’s global mission efforts, and ensuring a Christ-exalting ministry that reaches both local and international communities. His leadership fosters a supportive and growing church family.
